• 3 Passport Photographs 4 photos required for citizens of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Middle East countries 5 photos required for citizens of Cambodia, China, Laos, Vietnam

• Present or former citizens of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia must also sumbit a personal bio-data of applicant since leaving country of birth or refugee camp.
