• A business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Taiwan, Los Angeles
  The letter must explain all of the following:
  • Nature of business to be performed
  • Name and address of references to be visited
  • Exact duration of stay in Taiwan
  • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds
  • Letter should be signed by a company officer other than applicant
  • Copy of round trip ticket or itinerary
  • For Non – US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
