Non-US Citizens / For stay from 21 to 59 days

• Visa is required
• Submit Valid, signed U.S. Passport, must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 passport photo – Signature required on the back of the photo
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form. Signature must be notarized (For the correct visa application to fill out, scroll down to the “Processing Instructions” section below)
• Copy of round trip ticket or itinerary
• Proof of financial capacity (e.g. travellers cheques, latest print-out of credit card account(s), latest print-out of bank statements, ownership of real estate properties, and other documents showing the applicant’s capacity to financially support himself/herself during his/her stay in the Philippines
• For Non – US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General Philippines, Visa Section

The letter must explain all of the following:

• The nature of business to be performed
• Business reference to be visited in Philippines
• Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Philippines
• Return transportation to the U.S.A The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant

• For Non – US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted

• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
