Visa is Required

• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page.
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form.
  2 Passport photographs.
• Copy of airline tickets or flight itinerary.
• Minors under 18 years old cannot sign the Visa application; it must be signed by the Father and the Mother or by the legal custodian. If the parents or the custodian are not traveling with the minor, they can submit a written and Notarized travel authorization requesting that a visa be issued to the minor. They must also submit copies of the following documents: minor’s Birth Certificate, passports or valid ID cards of the parents or the custodian and document of legal custody (if applicable).

• For Non – US Citizens: Two (2) copies of a document showing legal status in the US is required. Residents: copy of Green Card. Non Residents: copy of valid U.S. Visa + I-94 form. Students: copy of valid U.S. Visa + I-20 form. In addition, non US citizens must also submit the following additional requirements: Two (2) copies of round trip flight itinerary to Paraguay or copies of airline tickets. Two (2) copies of a document showing financial solvency: Tourists may submit most recent bank statement or a bank letter. Two (2) copies of Driver License or State ID or phone/utility statement with the current address.

• A business letter of Invitation by the host company in Paraguay, stating purpose of your visit is required.
• A business Letter from company in USA, stating the purpose of your visit is required. The Business Letter should be printed on employer’s letterhead and addressed to Embassy of Paraguay, Visa Section, Los Angeles, CA The letter must explain all the following The purpose of travel Full name and address of host company or organization in Paraguay to be visited Guarantee financial support and return transportation for the visit.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
  • For Non – US Citizens: Two (2) copies of a document showing legal status in the US is required.
