- Submit U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
- 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 1 Passport photograph
- Copy of Airline tickets or itinerary
- Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days

Nepal Business Visa
Visa Required
- Submit U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
- 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
- 1 Passport photograph
- Copy of Airline tickets or itinerary
- A Business Letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead addressed to: Embassy of Nepal, Washington D.C.
  The letter must explain the following:
  - Purpose of the travel and duties to be performed in Nepal
  - Business reference to be visited in Nepal
  - Guarantee of financial support for the applicant and return transportation to USA.
  - This letter should be signed by an officer of the company, other than the applicant
  - Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
  - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days

(1) Consular Fees

Single entry, stay up to 15 days	$25.00 Per Visa
Single entry, stay up to 30 days	$45.00 Per Visa
Multiple entry, stay up to 90 days	$105.00 Per Visa

Note: Consular fees should be paid by money orders only. (which Ambassador Passport can purchase on your behalf).
