- Covering letter specifying the length of stay and purpose of the trip
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card
- Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse’s Lebanese ID
- Child under age 18 must submit a notarized letter of consent from both parents

Lebanon Business Visa
- Visa is required
- Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining, and contain at least one blank visa page
- 1 Fully completed and signed application form.

- Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card
- A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General Lebanon, Visa Section
- The letter must explain all of the following:
  - The nature of business to be performed
  - Business reference to be visited in Lebanon
  - Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Lebanon
  - Return transportation to the U.S.A and a letter or fax from the business contact in Lebanon stating the purpose of the trip
