    • Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining, and contain at least one blank visa page

    • A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.
    • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
    • For Non – US Citizens: Copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
    • Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter.

  • Kazakhstan Business Visa

    • Visa is required.
    • Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining, and contain at least one blank visa page
    • 1 Fully completed and signed application form.

    • A copy of an Official Invitation Letter from a host organization in Kazakhstan is needed. This letter must be submitted by the host organization in Kazakhstan to the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Department of Consular Services must provide the host company with a reference number.

    • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
    • In addition, a business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Kazakhstan, Visa Section,

      • The nature of the business performed
      • The name of the business reference to be visited
      • Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
      • Guarantee return transportation to the USA
      • The business letter should be written and signed someone other than the visa applicant

    Business Visa (Multiple Entry Visa up to one year) $200.00
    Tourist Visa (Single Entry Visa up to one month) $40.00
    Tourist Visa (Double Entry Visa up to three months) $60.00
    Transit Visa $30.00

    Note: Consular fees should be paid by Money Order or Cashier Check only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)
