Indonesia Notes

The Indonesia visa is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 30 days.

The Multiple Entry visa is available for business visitors only.
Letter of invitation from host company in Indonesia is required.
The Multiple entries visa is usually issued for stays up to 30 days, but may be issued for stays up to 60 days – at the discretion of the Consul. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity beyond the stay, and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.

Multiple entry applications require that the passport contain at least one year of remaining validity.

    • Copy of Driver’s License or State ID
    • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary

    • A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Indonesia, Visa Section
    • The letter must state all of the following:
      • The nature of the business performed
      • The name of the business reference to be visited
      • Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
      • Guarantee return transportation to the USA
      • The business letter should be signed by a company officer/manager other than the applicant.

    • An invitation from the host organization in Indonesia is required

    (1) Consular Fees

    Regular Processing – 8 to 10 Working Days – Stay up to 30 Days $50.00
    Rush Processing -7 to 8 Working Days – Stay up to 30 Days $78.00
    Ultra Rush Processing  – 3 working days – Stay up to 30 Days $160.00

    One Year Multiple Entry Visas will be available based on nationality and availability.

    There will be extra Consular Fees for Rush and Ultra Rush Processing which will be added accordingly by the Embassy.

    Note: Consular fees should be paid by Money Order or Cashier Check only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)

    (2) Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees

    Regular Processing – 8 to 10 Working Days $120.00
    Rush Processing – 7 to 8 Working Days $140.00
    Ultra Rush Processing – 3 Working Days $180.00

    Note:There is a charge of $20 to obtain money orders
