- Visa is required
- Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining, after completion of stay in Afghanistan, and contain at least one blank visa page
- 1 Fully completed and signed application form
- 1 Passport photograph
- A business letter on your company letterhead signed by an officer other than applicant, introducing the applicant, purpose of the visit, duration of stay and acceptance of financial responsibility
- A letter of invitation from the host company or organization in Afghanistan is required
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
- Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
